Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual and physical healing that benefits everyone. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect. Therapy

therapy

When we are connected to our purpose, we have a momentum that expands and enlivens us. When we are disconnected from the truth within there is a sense of futility to our experience. Depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, and other problems we experience are often symptoms of our disconnection from our truth. Therapy is the process of reconnection to that place of true knowing. *When do I feel the best? *Truly like myself? *The most alive? The techniques used can vary depending on the presenting issue. I am versed in analytic, cognitive and dialectical behavioral, somatic, mind/body approaches to healing.

Functional Medicine

functional medicine

Functional medicine looks at health as a state of vitality – not merely the absence of disease. In functional disorders, laboratory tests may be in normal ranges, but there is still an imbalance in the system, indicated b the presence of symptoms. The symptom of infertility may be caused by an underlying sub-clinical imbalance, particularly in the thyroid gland. A number of interventions may be reccomended to intervene with these imbalances, for example nutritional supplements.
